Corporate Teledermatology

Private Dermatology | Teledermatology

If you or your employees are concerned about a skin condition such as eczema, acne, moles or skin lesions, you should get it checked out by a medical expert as soon as possible. However, we’re aware of how difficult it can be to see an expert Dermatologist at short notice. That’s why we are offering our teledermatology service so you can get your skin condition investigated by private consultant dermatologists through a professional doctor-led service quickly. This service means you get the answers you need fast so you’re never left waiting or worrying. Skin issues can cause great stress for individuals, therefore offering this service to your team can not only prevent unnecessary worrying but could also lead to diagnosis and treatment of any skin diseases they may have.

Our consultant-led teledermatology service uses remote telediagnosis to review each patient’s condition and provide them with a comprehensive report. Our private Dermatologist services offer you and your team a quick and expert teledermatology service, offering the option to book an appointment with one of our expert doctors or use our self-referral process.

What is teledermatology?

Teledermatology allows you and your employees to get expert medical advice from a doctor about any skin concern quickly without having to wait for an in-person Dermatologist appointment. It means you can get advice from private Dermatologists quickly, without the fuss of long waiting times. We use technology to connect you with a dermatologist for feedback and a detailed report of your skin concern. Many skin conditions can be diagnosed virtually without ever having to see a dermatologist face-to-face which means you get expert advice quickly in a way that works for you.

How does our teledermatology service work?

Our online dermatology is the quickest way to get expert medical advice on your skin concern.

Speak to one of our GPs about your skin concern and if needed, they can refer you to our teledermatology service. You can also use our self-referral process by clicking the button below.

You will then receive a welcome email where you will be asked to set up an account, and submit some basic information about your skin concern including pictures of the area.

A consultant private Dermatologist will take a look at the area you are worried about and complete a detailed report including analysis and recommendations. This report will be shared with you, your GP (if requested) and our specialist Dermatology Nurse. This will either reassure you that no further action is required or will recommend that you see a private Dermatologist face-to-face for further investigation and treatment. If you do require further investigation, our Dermatology Nurse will talk you through your options and will work with you to arrange the most appropriate follow-up care and answer any questions you have. Prescriptions can also be recommended which can be arranged easily by one of our GP’s.

What happens if I need to get a skin lesion removed or mole removal?

If you do need a mole or skin lesion removed, our doctor-led dermatology team are with you every step of the way while you get your treatment sorted. Removing a skin lesion or mole can easily be arranged in-house with our consultant private Dermatologist in Soho. Appointments are available every week at short notice, meaning you’re never left waiting or worrying. The Dermatology Nurse will contact patients who need investigations or treatment to offer our in-house service.
