Chinese Immigration Medical
Thinking of moving to China? Don’t forget your Chinese visa medical forms.
Some visitors to China will require the completion of a physical examination record for foreigner (Q2) form, as part of their visa application. This Q2 form requires a thorough medical examination.
What does the medical exam include?
- Physical exam
- HIV test
- Syphilis
- ECG
- Chest x-ray
- Blood Group Test
- Certificate
How long will the appointment take?
Our appointments are split into two.
- First appointment: you will need a 30-minute appointment to complete the lab tests. We will then need to refer you to a partner clinic for a chest x-ray.
- Second appointment: you will need a 15-minute appointment to complete the form once all the results have been returned to the doctor.
How much does it cost?
Our Chinese visa medical costs just £450 (includes VAT).
What do I need to bring?
Make sure you bring the form along with you to the appointment.
When will I receive my results?
All test results will be received within 3 working days.
