Meet our consultant
Mr Amr A Gehad

Mr Amr A Gehad has more than 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, having completed his specialty training in some of the busiest hospitals in both Egypt and the UK.
His broad training and experience enable him to manage a wide range of benign gynaecological conditions, with particular expertise in pelvic floor disorders -including prolapse, urinary incontinence, and sexual dysfunction. He also specialises in the management of fibroids through advanced endoscopic and abdominal surgery, and performs laparoscopic procedures for conditions such as ovarian cysts, hysterectomy, and mild to moderate endometriosis. In addition, he provides care for women experiencing menstrual disturbances and menopausal symptoms.
Mr Gehad is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Medicine at Anglia Ruskin University and delivers urogynaecology teaching to medical students at Queen Mary University of London. He is also a faculty member for the Basic Practical Skills Course at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and serves as a Homerton Trust Appraiser.
